We had not been happy with Sky's own installation and with 4 different sky boxes, complex cable runs and a weak signal area (or so we thought!). When we came to Kieran he recognised the problems immediately and installed a bigger dish in a more secure area clear of trees. The signal strength went from 25-40% to 80%+!! Not only that but later, when we experienced problems with one of the signals he was happy to come back until it was fully fixed. I wish more Sky independant installers were as dedicated and reliable as 1 install !.
